Ippuku dokoro "Wataya" is a rest house which was built in April 2014. A house formerly a Japanese confectionery shop, was renovated as Wataya and it has become a rest house. It was recently renovated to promote the town of Nakasendo and as a base to send information to the community. It is currently run by community volunteers and the students of Osaka International University by exchanging opinions and conducting events. We are looking forward to your visit.
